1. What is Celeb De'la Cream?

Celeb De'la Cream is an online celebrity boutique. We deal in latest fashion and new trends. We are formally and legally registered as a private company in England.

2. How can I buy?

Our business is based online therefore all orders are placed through our website. If you have any enquiries please email them to us on contact@celeb-dela-cream-boutique.com. Our Sales department will follow it as soon as possible.

3. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?

No, you can buy as much as you want.

4. How do you ship my purchased goods?

We send the products via courier service chosen during checkout process on our web page. Currently we ship products only to within UK to the address provided during registration/checkout process therefore please make sure you provide correct address and check it before placing order.

5. How often do you add new styles to your line?

We frequently change our stock to bring you the best and latest styles. At Celeb De'la Cream Boutique we strive to bring all of the latest fashion and trends to our customers.

6. Do you offer any discounts?

7. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes?

Our clothes are sized according to UK standards. Please refer to our size chart for any further details.

8. How does your order/payment system works?

- To order goods from our website you will need to create account with us.
- After creating account with us activation email will be sent to you click the link in the email to activate your account.
- Login to our website and start adding items to 'your basket' every time you add an item you will be asked to go to checkout or to continue shopping. Choose accordingly. If you have already items in your cart and wish to proceed to checkout click on 'view cart' and then on checkout.
- In this step choose preferred shipping method and if necessary you can change delivery address you can also add a short note to the order.
- Choose method of payment. Currently we only offer payments via Paypal website.
- Please review carefully your order. Every item will have chosen size and colour listed as well as total amount to pay. To proceed you will have to tick the box to agree to Terms and Conditions.
- You will be redirected to Paypal web page for secured payment. No Paypal account necessary as you can choose one-off payment with credit card however if you wish to buy more often in the future it will be good idea to create Paypal account as it is system used by many online merchants for processing payments.
- After payment has been completed you should be redirected back to our website.

9. How can I check status of my order and what each status means?

You can check status of your order on the 'My Account' part of the website. Log i and click on view my orders. 'Pending' - means order is placed successfully and we are awaiting Paypal confirmation it can take up to 4 working days depending on circumstances. 'Processing' - payment received goods are being packed and prepared for shipping. 'Dispatched' - goods are sent to buyer usually this is accompanied by email confirmation which includes tracking number.

10. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated upon the checkout and depend on size and weight of the goods also which courier service is selected at a time.

11. How long will it take to get my order?

We will arrange for delivery of your order as soon as we have received your full payment. This process might take up to 7 working days. Afterward it depends on time necessary to ship your order to your home.
